Elsie holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Capella University, Minneapolis. Her research focuses on multi-generational workforces and virtual teams. She is a certified HR professional and holds memberships with CIPM (Nigeria), the Association for Talent Development (ATD, USA), and the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP, USA).

As a mentor and leader, Elsie is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals. Outside work, she enjoys music, reading, and research, often finding solace in traveling and window shopping. Her love for fast-paced, intellectually engaging entertainment is evident in her favorite shows, including 24, Suits, and Designated Survivor.
